Urea resins are a truly versatile, capable of most assembly gluing, face and edge gluing, laminating and veneering.

Urea resin adhesives will produce the following glue line characteristics:
- Strong
- Rigid
- Thermoset
- Type 11 Water Resistance
- Excellent Heat Resistance.

Powdered ureas are preferred where production runs are infrequent, where ambient temperature is high and where longer storage life is needed. PPR is preformulated, complete with required fillers, additives and catalyst to meet a wide range of process requirements, such as solid wood gluing, low/moderate volume veneering and curved millwork. PPR may be hot pressed, cold pressed, or radio frequency.
